Good Morning everyone and Happy Sipping!
Here’s the scoop
Today I am so excited to bring you a new tea post, yesterday while shopping with friends I had to make my routine stop in the Tea Shop to see what new stock they had floating about and boy was I excited to try out some new teas.
Why Asian Wellness?
I am cleaning out my tea cabinet in search for new fresh tasting teas, since this winter has been all about heavy, bold teas and rooibos with tons of spices. Now I am ready to kick those to the side (until the colder months pop back in) and explore new tea options that satisfy my taste for new crisp and fun teas.
I am not going to lie, but after trying the Blissful Harmony. I KNEW I was going to enjoy the Ceylon Ivory. And boy was I excited to finally try it out. What kind of fashionistic tea lover would I be without having a ride or die white tea by my side?
Why Ceylon Ivory?
I chose this tea mainly because all of its health benefits: reducing risk of cancer, cardiovascular disorder and improvement and oral health. Let’s not forget white tea is the “change your life” beauty tea that all the bloggers, social media and entertainment television rave about… So bring it here to MAMA with all of those “Ever So Good” greatly packed antioxidants and anti-aging properties so what’s not to love about it? I basically ripped the poor shipping box into pieces just trying to get into my new fountain of youth drink. I literally needed to try this tea yesterday!
Why Blissful Harmony?
Honestly I ran to this tea basically for its name and the plain fact that it has white and black tea, which translated into a antioxidant pack tea with a mix from heaven. Blissful Harmony is a perfect neutral tea for me, since the flavour is so light and flowery.
Can I tell you how excited I get when November rolls around the corner and I know that the Tea Shop is beginning to stock my favorite Christmas Tea blends (green, red, black tea blends AND Rooibos) in my favorite stores? OKAY!!
Last month in between Christmas shopping, baking cookies and listening to my classes holiday tunes. I found myself in dire need for my holiday teas. You know what that meant right? A quick trip to the Tea Shop.
So, What Happened?
Hey Hey Hey
I have tried the Cinnamon Chai tea multiples times within these last few weeks. So, I feel more than confident giving you the low down on this tea! Now grab your cuppa and lets get to it!
If you follow me on IG, which I know you already do 🙂 you would have noticed that one of my all time favourite spots to snack up on tapas (also known as “pintxos” in Northern Spain) is the Vermutería Río HANDS DOWN it’s the best! I kid you not. Located in the city centre of Pamplona on San Nicolas street. Anybody who’s anybody, knows about this precious little gem.
