If you follow me on IG, which I know you already do 🙂 you would have noticed that one of my all time favourite spots to snack up on tapas (also known as “pintxos” in Northern Spain) is the Vermutería Río HANDS DOWN it’s the best! I kid you not. Located in the city centre of Pamplona on San Nicolas street. Anybody who’s anybody, knows about this precious little gem.
I often get asked how I stay so fit and if I have any tips or tricks that I could share for anyone looking to start their own health journey. I personally do not believe in prohibiting myself of anything. However, I do try to eat and do things in moderation. Here are just a few of my holy grails to fitness, staying active and being healthy!
Welcome to my new Sincerely Me A New Way of Life mini series. How many of us want to improve our quality of life, but we associated it with some type of suffering, sacrificing, or just plain laziness? I DID until…
I think in general, we as human beings, spend so much time judging and criticising ourselves. Thinking we need to be like “this” or like “that” rather than taking the time to appreciate ourselves; for who we really are and the beautiful things we can do and create.
It’s hard to believe that I have been living in Spain for so many years and through this change of scenery I have encountered so many new experiences. Thus the reason why you need to know these life changing moments that I have learnt from living across the pond.

First and foremost, thank you for stopping by!
Today, is a day that I have been dreaming about for the last four months. After many sleepless nights and early mornings of just pouring my heart, blood, sweat and tears into this page and its content, with the end result of getting closer to you!
I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. We don’t meet people or experiences by accident, as they are meant to cross our path for a reason.
Happy Monday Everyone!
Back to the real world and all my grown-up responsibilities. While I am sipping my green tea Matcha, I wanted to update you all on why I took a small leave of absence from the blogging world. I was taking part in Pamplona’s local fiestas. But before I start grab a cuppa because I have tons to tell.
This is Sparta!
Today was the day…Farinato Race Pamplona. Four friends and myself decided to present ourselves as a team “Los Antonios)” to indulge in this great obstacle course race putting our physical fitness to the test, as well as creating new challenges and achievements for ourselves. The battle of Pamplona was fought between the Arga River and the city’s historial walls, resulting in an epic environment.
