It’s hard to believe that I have been living in Spain for so many years and through this change of scenery I have encountered so many new experiences. Thus the reason why you need to know these life changing moments that I have learnt from living across the pond.
It’s hard to believe that seven years ago I arrived to Pamplona Spain after a gruelling fifteen-hour flight from Pittsburgh to Pamplona with three transfers in what felt like basically every part of the world. I had no friends, no family nor any type of contact in Spain. I couldn’t even speak a proper sentence of Spanish, at that time.
First and foremost, thank you for stopping by!
Today, is a day that I have been dreaming about for the last four months. After many sleepless nights and early mornings of just pouring my heart, blood, sweat and tears into this page and its content, with the end result of getting closer to you!
I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. We don’t meet people or experiences by accident, as they are meant to cross our path for a reason.
Happy Monday Everyone!
Back to the real world and all my grown-up responsibilities. While I am sipping my green tea Matcha, I wanted to update you all on why I took a small leave of absence from the blogging world. I was taking part in Pamplona’s local fiestas. But before I start grab a cuppa because I have tons to tell.
This is Sparta!
Today was the day…Farinato Race Pamplona. Four friends and myself decided to present ourselves as a team “Los Antonios)” to indulge in this great obstacle course race putting our physical fitness to the test, as well as creating new challenges and achievements for ourselves. The battle of Pamplona was fought between the Arga River and the city’s historial walls, resulting in an epic environment.
Last week, I decided that I was in the mood for a change of scenery; Sometimes I am very spontaneous and I thought, “What better place to be than beautiful sunny Barcelona?”.
This weekend I had the opportunity to discover the small village of Goldáraz (Goldaratz in Euskera) that is comfortably tucked away in the middle of the Pyrenean mountains. Located in the northern tip of Spain, Goldáraz can be found roughly 30 kms from the city of Pamplona in the community of Navarra.

Come on in! Today I am going to give you my first ever review of my first Aerial Yoga class in the AYOGA Studio en Atocha. Did I love it or Hate It???
I can’t believe we are back here again, but I am super excited! I am not one to overly celebrate my birthday, however I do set aside a special routine of events on my birthday to celebrate and pamper myself. My birthday is a reminder of the new person l have become thanks to the year of events that l have surpassed.
